Shipping Information

When can I expect to receive my order? 
We're popular!  Please contact us prior to ordering at [email protected] if you need item(s) by a certain date. Our standard current ship time is approximately 7 weeks of order date, slightly longer for large orders. Our TUTU DRESS ship time is approximately 7 weeks of order date and TUTUS ship within approximately 3 weeks at this time. Any questions?  Please email us prior to ordering at [email protected] Depending on the time of year, our shipping time frame may vary. Please keep in made that Tutu Girl tutus are handmade, made-to-order on a first come-first serve basis. We don't sacrifice quality for time! Non-business days (such as New Years Day, July 4th, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, etc.) can not be counted in to our time frame and no shipping will occur on these days. If you have any concerns or know you need your tutu(s) sooner, please contact us directly BEFORE you order and we will let you know if we can accommodate your request. 

How much is shipping?
All items will ship either by USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation as a courtesy to you or Express Mail/Express Mail International. You will receive a tracking number/delivery confirmation number when the order ships. Please note that Tutu Girl is NOT responsible for lost packages, delayed, stolen or unclaimed packages. To protect your special purchase, we suggest you pay the extra money and insure your package.  International customers:  shipping rates do not include import taxes/customs charges.  We are not responsible for any  import taxes/customs charges that may incur to your particular country.  Please check with your local post office prior to ordering if this is a concern.  If you return the package to us without prior consent, we will not issue a merchandise credit. If an unclaimed package is returned back to Tutu Girl, we reserve the right to re-bill you for re-shipping charges. Tutu Girl is not responsible if the incorrect address is indicated on the invoice. Can I Get My Order Rushed? 
This depends but always e-mail us first to see if we could rush your order. Generally, we can rush our signature tutus (depending on the amount ordered) but adding other items to the cart will delay your order. Rush orders are subject to a rush fee and EXPRESS MAIL must be selected to ensure prompt delivery.

Special Date Request? 
Do you need your package by a certain date? Please contact us prior to ordering to make sure we can accommodate your request. Additionally, this "need by" date must be indicated in writing on the invoice otherwise we can't guarantee delivery. This is especially important of all "Express Mail" packages. Please be aware that RUSH orders (orders where the package must ship before our current shipping schedule) is subject to a rush fee and we can't guarantee earlier shipment unless you contact us prior to ordering. Just indicating a date without contacting us without prior approval does not guarantee rush delivery. Any questions? Please email us at [email protected] for details.

If I select EXPRESS MAIL, does that mean I'll receive my box within 1-2 days?
No, unless you contact Tutu Girl prior to ordering and we give you the "okay" that you'll get it with 1-2 days. Please be aware that unless we approve first, you will NOT receive your box within 1-2 days from the date you placed the order. Selecting Express Mail has a 1-2 day transit time from the date it leaves our facility as opposed to Priority Mail, which takes longer. If you select Express Mail, we do bump your order up, and you'll generally receive it under our indicated ship schedule. If you need a box promptly, we highly recommend you select Express Mail, and it must be selected with all rush orders. As with all orders, if you need a box for a special event, please let us know at checkout. 

What if I select PRIORITY MAIL and state that I need by order earlier than the current ship schedule?
You may get lucky, depending on how busy we are, but unless you order within our shipping time frame, we can't guarantee delivery nor can Tutu Girl be held responsible if the box doesn't arrive in time for your need by date. If you have concerns, selecting Express Mail would be recommended and/or contacting us prior to ordering to see if your need by date is possible with Priority Mail.

Customers outside the USA - What International Mail Option Should I select?
Although we will make every effort to have your package arrive on time, transit times are NOT guaranteed and we are not responsible if the package doesn't arrive on time, even if you note a "need by" date on the order.  The approximate transit time are only estimates and will vary depending on which country the order is shipping to.  There can be delays at customs.  We are in the USA, so please keep this in mind when ordering.  Express Mail International has a much faster transit time than Priority Mail International.  We are NOT responsible for any customs/import fees, taxes, etc going into your country as this will be your responsibility upon arrival into your country.  These fees, if any, based on each particular country are not included in our shipping rates. 

How will I know when my order has shipped?
Upon shipment, you will receive an email notification, including a tracking number which will take you directly to the USPS website.  If for some reason it doesn't work, simply copy and paste that number into the USPS website.  Please check your junk/spam/bulk folder in case you don't see an email from us.  It can take up to 24 hours for tracking information to generate.  Alternatively, you can go to your account and click on your order number - click on (View Details).  If it's shipped, you'll see a tracking number indicated in that section. 

Go to "My Account" and log in.  Here you'll see your order shown in the example below.
